ComiComic - a local AI comic studio

A comic studio that lives on my disk.

I built it to make All Stories End Unfinished. It is not a product; it is my desk.

Pages, notes, references, and exports in one place.

Pipeline

From project memory to export.

01

Materials

Everything goes in raw: drafts, scans, reference boards, half-thoughts.

02

Canon

What is true about the story so far: characters, rules, palettes, and the things that must never happen.

03

Review gate

Every page gets looked at, continuity and taste, panel by panel, before a reader ever sees it.

04

Export

Approved pages get packaged for the reader and the ebook.

05

Local folder

The whole project is a plain folder on disk: references, panels, pages, scripts, notes.

06

Codex run

Codex, the coding agent, handles the boring glue: checks, exports, file moves, rebuilds.

Why local

The work stays on my machine.

My files, my disk

The whole project lives on my machine: references, pages, exports, all of it.

Costs nothing to run

It runs locally with the tools I already pay for. No meter.

I look at everything

Continuity, taste, and final approval stay with me.
